The idea of TLW began when we realized the extent of the health epidemic going on around us. We wanted to share our knowledge with the world in order to create the opportunity for people to help themselves lead healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives. We practice a preventative, holistic approach to guiding people on their personal journey to mental, physical and spiritual growth, while creating balance in all areas of life.

Lisa has had a lifelong passion for helping people become healthier versions of themselves by guiding them in making better lifestyle choices. Through managing her own personal stress and grief, she’s learned the importance of whole life balance in order to lower the risks of potential health issues and she is dedicated to helping others achieve their own optimal wellness levels.

We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness...

...which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job cause you to overeat? Do unhappy relationships make you crave sugar? Does lack of quality sleep prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole and we’ll map out a blueprint to bring things into balance.


We’ll help guide you to make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices, while improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Our Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Training

We both graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where we learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and studied the top 25 dietary theories – Ayurveda, Gluten-free, Paleo, Raw, Vegan, Macrobiotics, and everything in between.
